Nuts and sleeve holders

• Nuts for guide bushes are available as simple nuts, with hexagonal at the back, or as nuts/counter nuts for some types of guide bushes.

  The best nut for manufacturing is the nut with adjusting screws at the circumference, screws that allows a perfect closing of the guide bush.

  For cam machines, WALTER DÜNNER SA is proposing sleeve holders, which allows clamping of the guide bush sleeve without using intermediary collet. This system guarantees a high precision and strengthens the sleeves’ wall of the guide bush. These sleeve holders exist for execution on TORNOS – STROHM – PETERMANN machines.  For BECHLER machines, the guide bush sleeve is directly set into the machine and does not need any sleeve holder.
